WHAT WE REALISED

A business runs on people, not on software

We spent a lot of time with business owners, just watching how their day actually goes. What we saw surprised us.

It takes people their whole lives to build trust and credibility. With customers, with suppliers, with their own team. A customer gets 45 days to pay because of a promise made years ago. The best rate is in the owner's head. The day gets planned on a phone call at 8 in the morning.

Then someone comes along and sells them an ERP that expects all of that to fit into fixed screens and forms. It never does.

A NOTE FROM US

Why we are doing this, and why we called it lamp

We started with businesses in India. Then we noticed that most businesses around the world work the same way. Busy, a bit chaotic, and held together by one or two people who remember everything.

We kept meeting owners who had tried software and given up. Not because they didn't care, but because the software didn't care about how they worked. So the real work went back to WhatsApp, Tally and a notebook.

What we want is simple. We want to take that weight off the owner without asking anyone to change how they work. Fewer calls to chase, fewer things to remember, and more evenings at home. One day, we hope every business, of any size and anywhere, has someone in the chat who knows the business almost as well as the owner does and quietly takes care of the daily work.

That is where the name comes from. We named it after the magic lamp that grants any wish. lamp stands for Lightweight Agentic Management Platform, and right now the wish it grants is a simple one: less stress about your business.
