MSE Cluster Development Programme
01 · What it is
Support for a group of units to set up a common facility such as a testing lab or tool room, and for industrial estates and flatted factory complexes. The Ministry told Parliament on 6 August 2026 that proposals are demand-driven and come from State Governments and UT administrations.

- Grant towards common facility centres
- Support to build or upgrade industrial estates and flatted factory complexes

- A group of units, usually through an association or SPV
- A proposal put forward by the State Government

Through your industry association and your State Government, which sends the proposal to the Ministry of MSME.
