Collateral-free loans with up to 95 per cent guarantee cover for micro and small units in Delhi
Delhi Credit Guarantee Scheme (DCGS) 2026
01 · What it is
Delhi's scheme, published by the Department of Industries, adds state cover on top of the central CGTMSE guarantee for eligible loans sanctioned on or after 1 February 2026. There is no separate form: the bank picks the DCGS option when it applies for the guarantee. Agriculture and self-help groups are not covered.
02 · Who should check it
New and existing micro and small enterprises in Delhi, in manufacturing, services, retail or wholesale trade, and education and training
03 · What it can support
- Total cover of 95 per cent: CGTMSE gives 75 per cent and Delhi adds 20 per cent for most loans above ₹5 lakh, up to ₹10 crore
- Micro loans up to ₹5 lakh, and loans to ZED certified, SC, ST, disabled and aspirational district units, get 85 per cent from CGTMSE and 10 per cent from Delhi. Women and Agniveer-promoted units get 90 per cent and 5 per cent
- Loans up to ₹10 crore, term loan or working capital, without collateral or a third party guarantee, subject to the bank's appraisal
- No extra fee for the higher cover. The usual CGTMSE annual guarantee fee of 0.37 to 1.20 per cent a year applies, with a 10 per cent concession for women, SC, ST, disabled, ZED certified and aspirational district units
04 · What may be required
- A micro or small enterprise in Delhi
- A loan from a CGTMSE member lender: banks, small finance banks, regional rural banks, some co-operative banks and NBFCs
