Make in Haryana Industrial Policy 2026
The Industries and Commerce Department notified this policy in the Gazette on 26 May 2026, after the Council of Ministers approved it on 18 May 2026. It replaces the Haryana Enterprises and Employment Policy 2020 and is valid for five years from notification, or until a new policy or amendment, whichever is earlier. The policy states that MSME units get their benefits under a separate Haryana Progressive MSME and Export Promotion Policy, notified on 29 July 2026 and listed separately here, so this one does not apply to them. We have not listed the incentive rates.
