Market Access Initiative (now Market Access Support)
01 · What it is
Market Access Support replaced the Market Access Initiative. DGFT launched it on 31 December 2025, as a pilot, under the Export Promotion Mission (Niryat Disha). It supports buyer-seller meets, reverse buyer-seller meets, trade fairs and exhibitions.
02 · Who should check it
Exporters, through export promotion councils and other organising agencies
03 · What it can support
- Support for approved events and delegations
- A buyer-seller meet needs at least 25 delegates (changed from 50 on 1 July 2026)
- Organisers apply for events on the Trade Connect ePlatform
04 · What may be required
- Take part through an export promotion council or another organising agency
