Capital subsidy, SGST reimbursement and duty relief for priority and thrust sector projects in Odisha
Odisha Industrial Policy Resolution 2022
Odisha's Industrial Policy Resolution 2022, notified by Industries Department Resolution No. 12300 of 30 November 2022 and effective from 1 December 2022. The text says it stays in force for 5 years or until another policy replaces it, whichever is later, so it is in force on 24 October 2026 and runs to at least the end of November 2027. Invest Odisha lists it as the current industrial policy with two amendments: one of 2024 (stamp duty on government and IDCO land is now paid and reimbursed, among other changes) and a second resolution of 24 June 2026, read in full, that moves non-mineral units in 15 districts from the priority to the thrust sector. We found no newer industrial policy. The figures below are from the policy's incentive table; it gives no MSME-specific rates.
