Capital subsidy, interest subsidy and duty relief for MSMEs in Odisha

Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022

01 · What it is

The state's policy for MSMEs, effective from 30 November 2022 (notification of 28 December 2022, amended on 8 December 2023 in the copy we read). The policy text gives no end date, Invest Odisha lists no later policy or amendment, and the department's order of 11 May 2026 extends the deadline for pending 2023-24 and 2024-25 claims on its CM-SRIM portal. The rates below are from the policy and from the department's table of fiscal incentives. A unit may take the help of the Industrial Policy Resolution or of this policy, whichever suits it, and a unit that already took similar help elsewhere gets only the difference.
