Larger capital subsidy for MSMEs chosen to grow to ₹100 crore turnover
Kerala MSME Scale Up Mission (Mission 1000)
A state mission, whose selection criteria were approved by G.O.(Rt) No.955/2023/ID of 18 September 2023, to take 1,000 MSMEs to an average turnover of ₹100 crore within four years. Units are ranked by a scoring process on investment, turnover, profit, capacity use, exports, jobs, loan record, the promoters' CIBIL score and certifications, and a State Level Approval Committee selects them; the Directorate of Industries page lists 88 units selected on 21 December 2023 and still carries an apply link. We could not confirm that new units can still be selected, because the guidelines on the mission portal gave 30 May 2023 as the last date and we found no dated notice of a current round on the Directorate's pages, on the portal or in the state's Revised Budget speech of 19 June 2026.
