What should be checked before dispatch?
Six checks, done one day ahead, that stop most late dispatches.
The six checks
- Production complete for the full quantity
- Quality released
- Packing done and labelled
- Invoice and e-way bill ready
- Vehicle confirmed with a time
- Customer delivery instructions confirmed
Do it the day before
Checking on the day of dispatch leaves no time to fix anything. Check at 3 pm the day before, so documents and transport can be arranged.
